General Information

We are located at 1614 Lesperance Road, at the intersection of EC Row and Lesperance. We are located in the plaza across from Home Hardware, towards the back of the plaza.

We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Saturdays from 11am-4pm.

All products are shipped from our store in Windsor, Ontario, unless otherwise noted. Aside from
a few brands that ship from our warehouse in Nashville, those products and any duties to be paid will be noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping in Canada:

  • Standard: $10
  • Express: $15
  • Free over $150.

Shipping in the United States:

  • Flat rate: $20
  • Free over $150

Yes, on orders over $150.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

All orders are processed either on the same day or before 12pm, next day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like Sale days), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Wellness Market Inc. will charge an additional $10.00 CDN fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. For parcels that are returned back to us, you will be charged with initial shipping charges and the same amount towards returns charges levied to us by the shipping company. In this case, the order will be refunded - deducting all the shipping costs for sending and returns. Additional fees towards re-stocking may also apply up to 30% of product price.

 Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us with an incorrect postal code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the additional $10.00 CDN fee charged by the shipping company. We do not guarantee that address can be changed in transit but we can certainly try to do so with shipping company if noted in due time after status is “shipped".

To inquire about duties and taxes for orders shipped from Canada to the United States, please contact your local governing authority.

Damaged/Lost Product

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that all liquids in glass containers delivered through Fedex are not insured and are sent at the risk of the recipient.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All refrigerated products including probiotics, glutathione, etc. are shipped with an ice pack to maintain shelf-life.

We are not liable for cold products being exposed to heat. Please ensure you are able to retrieve your products shortly after they are delivered so they can be refrigerated immediately.

Refrigerated products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Missing items must be reported to Wellness Market, via email, within 24 hours of receipt. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacements(s) for the amount of any confirmed missing merchandise.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy for unused products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt/order number/invoice.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Probiotics
  • Some personal care and sanitary items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishables, such as food
  • Sale items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Item with obvious signs of use
  • Packaging, Seal, label, Damaged protective cover, missing capsules, items or weight difference that has been found or damaged or opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or manuals for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deliver

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on your purchase up to 30 days after you receive your order. If you would like to return an item please ship it to:

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund time varies based on the bank/credit card company. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be posted on your account.

After 2 weeks, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred with a return.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

The cost of the return shipping will not be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the product while in transit to us.
